Submit Two Letters of Recommendation

Ask two people you trust to write letters of recommendation for you, using the form provided below.

One of the recommendations should be from your pastor. If you are a pastor, one of the recommendations should be from your supervisor, superintendent, or bishop.

Preferably, the other letter of recommendation should be from one of your former teachers, someone who can attest to your academic abilities.

Note: Recommendations from close relatives, such as spouses or parents, are not accepted.
